These terms and conditions apply to the entire contents of this website. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. Placing an order indicates that you accept the terms.
PRICES
The prices displayed on this site are quoted in Euro, including Finnish VAT (23%). Prices do not include delivery or custom costs. Orders from non EU countries might be subject to duties and/or taxes. Duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are due at the time of delivery.
PAYMENT TERMS
For the moment we accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Amex.
SECURITY
Card payments are of the highest security standards. All transaction between a customer and Johanna Gullichsen.com are always protected and safeguarded by utilising secure technology standards. The card company's terms and conditions are valid upon unauthorised use of credit cards. Your card number and personal information is protected and will not be forwarded to a third party. Card numbers are never stored by Johanna Gullicshen.com.
DELIVERY CONDITIONS
We deliver by Finnish mail or by UPS. The orders will be delivered directly to the address you have given us. If your order is made in Finland the Finnish post will call you before they deliver the parcel. The delivery cost depends on your country, the size and the weight of the package. You see the exact delivery cost at Check out, when you enter your country.
DELIVERY TIME
Orders are normally dispatched the next working day after you have placed the order. If there is a delay or likelihood of delay in the supply of products, please allow us 21 days. In this case, we will advise you as soon as possible by mail.
Delivery time after the dispatching of the order within Europe is 4-7 working days and to outside Europe 5-12 working days.
ORDERS OUTSIDE EU
When ordered outside EU duties and/or taxes will be charged from the customer.
BACK ORDERS
If an item is temporarily out of stock we will retain all items on back order until we can dispatch the entire order.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Any orders you place with us will not be accepted and no contract formed between us until you have been instructed that said goods are available and these goods have been paid for as well as all applicable charges in full. We will confirm our acceptance of your order on receipt of cleared funds, by email.
We reserve the right at all times and at our sole discretion to accept, refuse or limit your order for any reason, including, but not limited to, credit review, the unavailability of a product, errors in the prices or product descriptions posted on this web site. By placing your order, you agree to that Johanna Gullichsen.com's total liability, under any legal theory or claim, shall be limited to the purchase price actually paid to Johanna Gullichsen.com for the product giving rise to Johanna Gullichsen.com's liability. By placing your order, you agree to accept all terms and conditions of sale set forth anywhere on this web site.
RETURN POLICY
If you would like to return an item, for whatever reason, you must do so within 30 days of receipt. Please inform us by e-mail, including your order ID number. You will receive instructions on how to proceed via e-mail. In order to improve, we would very much appreciate to know your reasons for returning the goods.
Please remember you must take care of the goods whilst they are in your possession. Goods returned damaged or used will not be accepted.
You may find it more convenient to return or exchange an item at one of our stores (in Helsinki or in Paris). You can find the addresses under "Shops". You will need to bring along the invoice. Please note that the range available in the stores may differ from that on the web site so please telephone ahead to check the availability of a specific item.

We do not collect any personal information except where it is specifically and knowingly provided by you with your consent. We only collect personal information that is necessary to process and fulfil your orders or undertake the facilities offered by this web site.
We supply personal information to our bankers only for the purposes of collecting payment and dispatching your order.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
Any dispute concerning these conditions is to be settled in accordance with Finnish law, since Johanna Gullichsen Oy Ab is situated in Finland, and since Finland is the country where all business transactions take place. Johanna Gullichsen Oy Ab follows the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Complaints.
